I'm a commercial fisherman so most of my protien is free in the form of assorted fish. This time of the year I eat alot of scallops in october it is all tuna steaks. Early summer sucks as it is mostly flounder. Anyone want a job in south jersey?

Where do you guys get your most protien from, from what food...

I have monitored my eating habbits latly and I can not get enough protein i'm always around 180 to 200g my weight is 213lb, now this is just a sample some days are better some are worse but there is no way I can eat 9 egg whites for breakfast..... first off I don't own any chickens......

Todays:
1959 Cal
201.6g Protein
60.7g fat
11g fiber
2301.1mg sodium
89.7g sugar

i am a woman and i personally burn with only 15 minutes of cardio in a day about 2400 calories...so if you, a lean muscled man, are eating only 1959, you are way low....up the calories with ...hmmmmm....let me think ....oh yes...protein!!!! fish, chicken, eggs (whole eggs have 2x g of protein as whites), buffalo, venison, rabbit, turkey... enjoy!

BTW the proteins mentioned are relatively low in saturated fats....Beef, pork, lamb are much higher....so i steer away from them, and eat them only occasionally (2x month). The only reason not to eat whole eggs is the saturated fat. Try to keep your saturated fats down to 5% of total intake.

Eating not only to look good but be healthier too!!!!

Now I'm confused. Which ones do you steer away from?
