Agreed OT, keept the milk at a minimum..I use water with all my shakes when cutting and don't drink any milk, get a calcium suppliment to replace what you were geetting out of the milk and drop the fruits and load up on green veggies. Those few tweaks will make a big difference in getting where you want to be quicker.

Ohh dam, here I thought I had it down....:)

I use a program that keeps track of everything for me. So I have no idea why sugar and carbs are seprate. I put in whats on the labels. The biggest intake of sugar looks like it comes from the milk/protien shakes and fruit.. Soduim looks like its coming from the Tuna... My goals is to fine tune my diet so that I can gain or atleast maintain what muscle I have and lose BF%
As for crashing during the day, ya I have really noticed it, i'm trying to up the carbs slowly....

I set it up to basically for 2500 cals a day and with a 60/20/20 split for protien/fat/carbs

Sounds like your adding a ton of salt. drop the sodium levels as well and you wont lose one ounce of muscle! I would also drop the fruit out of the shake and either go with dextrose or just drink it the shake with water.

Salt/Sodium is huge Peach as well...since sodium carries water...make sure you keep that to a minimum....I hate salt so I never use it anyway...!

thanks guys!!!! My biggest sodium intake is from the Tuna..... its water based in a can..... I don't add salt to anything... I will look over everything I have eaten and try to reduce sodium..... I will reduce the skim milk down and use water (thats going to be hard) But as long as I keep doing little things like you guys suggest it should be easier....

OT I have trouble judging myself as I don't really notice changes at all until a good couple months down the road... then its too late.

thanks guys will change these few things. Then take it from there again.....

NOPE!!! No month for these little changes when I first did the transfer over for cutter - I took FREAKY's, Juicey's, and Corrodo's notes over a few different pages and topics and put it all together, in 2 weeks I lost 12 lbs!

Thats awsome, i'm not looking to lose weight, but it maybe my only way. As far as the sodium, should I cut down to one can of tuna a day? Its by far the most sodium.....?

Depends on how you do your tuna. You don't have to worry about the sodium at all if you rinse it. I always wash the hell out of my tuna.

I empty 8 cans (white in water) into a REAL FINE strainer and rinse the hell out of it and it also makes the tuna real fine as well. I then put it into a bowl and add salsa, celery, and more hot sauce. Put that back into the fridge and take out as I need over the next two days. I hate fish but when dieting I eat tuna as long as it is rinsed with hot sauce and salsa...lol So basically you cant taste the fish.

I squish up my tuna really well and then just throw balls of it into my mouth and swallow it with a sip of water. 2 cans takes 2 minutes to "eat".

If you ever diet down to 4-5% hot sauce will be your best friend...trust me..:D Plain chicken, eggs, and tuna get REAL old
I know what you mean - never have I done that before...to go that low - but in all case there is some good hot sauce (salsa) that I love and I always use that or Ketchup or spice up my eggs and chicken...
