yes and 395 for 2 reps not to long ago, so I should gain up fast, operations you know take a lot out of you, the atrophy from having your limb imobalised is just fucked up. What I dont understand is how it can go away so fast but come back so slow, dont make sense to me.
I deffinetly know what you mean man...I was in surgery twice, for a total of about 9 months down time, so anything I was working on...went to hell...however, it was all good...I am now back and stronger than ever...so it's just time and dedication...gotta do it, remember - what doesn't kill ya' ... makes you stronger!

...Let me know what you wanna do for this contest and when you feel comfortable to take it on!

Start now, first to 405 for 10 perfect reps wins, you got to film it and you have to be able to see both ends of the bar and what not. No back bending, back has to stay flat on the bench, no bouncing off chest has to come 1/4th inch above chest then back up. No vests:)... winner gets a pat on the back, this is just for motivation, and anyone who is round about at my or his lev can join the contest as well, will be fun.

I think we should do some kind of prize no? Maybe someone will throw something in for the first to win, maybe to promote themselves? Hmnmmm ;)

congrats AK. its awsome when we hit goals that you set for yourself. As for your surgery bro, keep the positive attitude. Its only an obstacle and just like a speed bump we slow but we get over it. Good luck.

i hit the 305 mark once and almost did the 315. my stupid spotter touched the bar....soooo i won`t say it was me.

oh

I had to stop my cycle,,, but I am taking my anavars daily, them i wont stop so i might catch up and my reps and max was down a bit but i think that was from some depression I had for a few days.

Thanks bro it was a bad one got through it, turned out it was my blood pressure meds from weening off them in case i did not say this before, I am 100% off bp meds now till the 10th i start a new safer one. Was so fuked up last night I decided to just work out like crazy, went to the gym at 9 or 10, left went home could not sleep still so I took out some DB out side and started curling them till my arms fell off them pressed them over my head dropped them and shadow boxed for 5 min and kept repeating this till I felt i could sleep was 1:45 when i was done started at 12 I would guess. was only some 12.5lbsers but still curl them 100 times fast and shit works good to burn depression and anxiety off.

I know what you mean...those nights when I can't sleep I do the same brotha...I grab some shitty DB's that I have, or hell sometimes I even hit the basketball court and just do win sprints or something...anything to burn off the damn anxiety.

365 for 1 rep, not gaining at all, But i am off cycle as i had to come off my last one, pissed blood but turned out to be just to much sex, but half my gear never came as well, so fuk it. I got enough to cruse so i will do this and try to get stronger + i got var kicking in in a few weeks from now.

Yeah I am off as we speak too - so it's been killing me - yesterday I got 3, and that was barely...fuck it's sad.
