got 365 bench today

Got back up to 365 bench today, hurt a bit and only got in for one after my work out, but its coming back really fast. I am guessing i will be back to 395 very soon, and just in time for my 2 new operations I need on my l/r elbows lol:), so I will lose it all again for some time, but it will come back fast, and I am going to stay on for the whole operations to keep the muscle mass from atrophying while immobilize. One nerve on my left arm has moved and is pinching again, the other one has a spurs cluster that needs to be removed, I just have some broken off bone chunks removed from this same elbow, no clue why there is spurs now, fuking painful though.

PR are the best feeling. Got one on incline last week. Been stuck for over year and a half and finally beat the bitch!! Good work bro and keep it up!!

I started beaning (juicing) at age 17 so I think I was just getting 275 or 250 at the time...

Pure bro, it sounds worse than it is, but i found that cruising on 100-250mg test every week or 9 days, you will not atrophy at all. I wish you luck bro shoulder injuries suck the worst!

Not to take away from your original post, AK, but didn't feel as if my accomplishment warranted its own thread.

Tonight I went 135 x 2 x 5, 225 x 5, 275 x 5, 315 x 2, 340 x 2, 355 x 2, 370 x 2, 225 x 15. I did feel a 'tear' on the first rep at 370. It doesn't hurt like hell - just irritates.

But you can post in mine any time you want, just so you know my bench went back down, I think from the pain in my arm + being sick having ym teeth pulled and getting an infection, I hope it goes back up again fast once i can lift again, I also have not slept more that 2 hours at a time and usually its only 30 min at a time, so i am dead tired.

Man, you guys are some strong bastards. Shaq is a class recordholder, so no surprises there I guess but still when I read alot of you guys lifts, it makes meh jealous. I think to date my best on flat bench is 310 for 1 with no spotter.

Lower body weight = lower bench weight for me :(

I'm down to 180. I got 305 but swallowed 315 as if I wasn't even underneath it. Thank goodness for a spotter :)

It was so pathetic it was funny we died laughing. :D

Gotta laugh at yourself once in awhile.

305 at 180 is pretty good bro...i cant do regular flat cuz of my shoulder i only can do cg bench (which is odd) my personal best there was 405x2 i was 226 at the time but lately joints are killing me sticking to higher reps...just not worth it in my opinion

I got 355 today for 1 rep at the end of my work out, so maybe last weeks presses sucked because i did not sleep for 2 weeks strait. but its crawling back up again, thank God!
