Wrists?

Is there any kind of exercise I can do to put some mass on my wrists? I do push ups with my fists and fingers,,, I also use a 25 lb weight tied to a bar I roll up and down and do wrist curls with dumbbells. Still no mass because my arms reach threw 2 zip codes.

My wrists are not weak, its just where I am so lanky that I look deformed because I have decent sized forearms but pitiful sized wrists.

Any advice here would be of great help.

Try jerkin the gerk alittle harder, might help alittle bit.
Its not strength, its just lack of mass. I dont even think going up in bodyfat would help.

Having big ass hands dont help matters much either.

Yeah man, I dont know if theres a way to change the size of your wrists...mine have been pretty much consistent in size through out weight changes....

Ill let you know if I can think or find anything !

sounds like you're doing all you can FTW, friggen genetics and our weak points are a bitch. i think you should hit that area a few times per week. of course contrary to what Elite34 says, i think you are spanking the monkey too much and are keeping the long lean look at the well used wrists area.....aka super wrist cardio from pounding the pud constantly!!:D

1I I think your right and there is no way to alter genetics. It wouldnt look so bad if my hands was not so damn big.

I guess that since nothing is broke I have no right to bitch about looking like a circus freak. LoL

I think your just stuck with the small wrists bud. If your doing the weight on the rope and the wrist curls with dumbbells, that's probably more than what most people do.

One thing you could do to hide the wrists is wrap a couple of pink bandanas around them..that little fashion statement should be real popular in KY;)

NO!! You want all joints as small as possible to create the illusion of big muscle bellies.

Having small wrists/joints and large forearms, should make your arms look less lanky. Like said above, it gives the illusion of larger/rounder muscles bellies.

Just pushing the weight will strengthen your wrists in general, but pretty much impossible to make them bigger.

I can't help you with the wrist part but as for your fingers I know if you get a pale of uncooked rice and stick your hand in it and do flexion/extension movements your fingers should get stronger and possibly bigger. This is a common method used by competetive football players.
