One 10mg tab every night. I will start it tonight to run through Saturday to see its impact. I will adjust as required come show time.
That also is an anti-androgen. I wonder if it would have any effect your performance. From what I read it affects free test and DHT, but this is really beyond me. I don't know if it would effect you if your on cycle.
Just wanted to put that info out there, but I am unsure how it would affect you as I am not a BB competitor.
