Went from 228 to...

...235 pounds over the weekend. During Thursday night's posing practice I was fucking emaciated...way too ready entirely too soon. My coach told me to eat everything in site over the weekend and did I ever. Thursday night I was 228 pounds - yesterday I was 235. I was a bloated mess during last night's pose but I felt a hell of a lot better. I had french fries and chocolate cake and an apple fritter and a blueberry muffin and a full strength Coca-Cola...even Peanut Butter M&Ms - my all-time favorite.

Back to the diet today. No cheating for the next ~4 weeks.

Did you get that "sugar-hangover" feeliing in the morning? If i haven't eaten carbs or sugar in a long time, then gorge on it, I wake up in the morning with a hangover that is exactly like an alcohol hangover.

Yes...but sooner than that. I had a White Chocolate Mocha with an extra shot along with the apple fritter and bb muffin Saturday morning. I crashed 90 minutes later. I even laid down and took a two hour nap. It was f'ing awful. I felt horrible.

I was three days of water/salt deprivation from the show. No fat...just water. That's it. 'Coach' told me to eat my heart out this weekend and begin again today. Soooo, that's what I did. It was a wonderful break. Anyway.

Sounds like he had you do a trial run with a "junk load",,,,some guys react great to this, i've never done one

The lady who who ran the Gold's I used to go to told me to do this, too. I never listened to her. I probably should have. She said to eat DOUGHNUTS, man! I have never looked better than a week out of my shows. Maybe she was right.

I have thrown in one or two cheat meals on my carb up day and I feel it helped me but I'm not sure about you being "ready too soon". You can never be too dark or too shredded on stage bro. This was deffinately a great learning tool to see how your body reacts to these types of foods as package explained with the "junk load".

Veins were back in the abs this morning. If nothing else it was a wonderful break from the bullshit diet. Mentally, it did me a lot of good. I was completely miserable and now I'm even more focused than I was last week.

Starting diuretics Wednesday in prep for a full rehearsal sans banana hammock Saturday. I'll post pics Sunday or Monday in the TM Forum.

You have to carb load 1xwk up till about 10days from the show. But its needs to be good carbs mostly, this will keep muscles full and you wont look flat. also don't worry about sodium intake till about 3days out..................11

TJII gave me 20-30 of her prescribed meds for when she bloats during PMS. I'm on the way to see her now. I'll ask her when I get there.

Funny. I'm powerwashing the drive way and she texts me saying she wants me to come over and fuck her. Needless to say I am done washing shit for the night. :)

The bullshit diet, is what separates, 1st from last , the diet is as key as the hours you put into the gym.

What diuretics you running ,,,,are you jammed up with water?

Did she tell you could spill from overcarbing, i bet she made it sound good, and forgot the negatives. That junk loading is junk in IMO.
