I went in late september and the lines were 45min's and up to 1 and a half hours.

screw that. I will go when its cold outside and during the slow time.
That is why we are going to orlando after new years rather than xmas week. THe crowds arent as bad. It is still busy as hell but not near as bad as xmas week.
Also, they have speed passes u can pick up and it will give u a certain time to show up at the ride and than u can go right through. Works great
