Well X-Mas is almost here,what's everyone doing?

Another Christmas is almost upon us.So what does everyone have planned?

For me it's going to be another big family gathering at my house,so that will be really cool.Watch the kid's open presents,eat a shit load of food,relax and enjoy the day.Then kick the family out,lol,and see what presents my wife has for me .The day after should be really great.I think my wife has a sitter lined up to take me out of town,over night for my b-day,and have some alone time.

So,how about you guy's???

gonna be heading to florida with my parents, son, bro, sis, and her kid. Have went there the last 3 or 4 years and love it. Favorite place is Univ. studios/islands of adventure.
Just lacking the gf or wife to give me a post xmas present lol. I am jealous halo

very true and i will only be with my family. Nice not having to deal with any inlaws or wives lol. Wives are good for the alone time but besides that i dont miss it lol. We normally go to the IOwa football bowl game but they were an uninspired bunch this year with lots of injuries and chemistry problems so we decided to go to florida instead of texas

Sounds like fun bro.I just got back from there a couple moths ago,Lauderdale.It was my first time having been there.Yeah it's going to be nice having some alone time for a change,but having a whole family get together doesnt happen that often.Enjoy brotha!!

have u been to universal studios/islands of adventure? They have some awesome rides. Much better than disney land. My family hated disney land and that includes my boy and my sisters boy. The whole family loves IofA and Universal.

No I sure havent bro.I was only there for 3 days and unfortunately it wasnt for fun.One of my daughters lives up by Jacksonville with her mom.I'm going to try and head up there around Feb for a week or so.Maybe I'll get to go to some of those places then.

hope u get the chance. It is a blast. We buy the 5 day pass and go 3 days or so and than sell them for about half price. ends up being pretty good price.

i tell ya its a blast. My parents love it. My bro and sis love it. Our kids love it. Hard to find something that is such a hit for everyone. If u can only go to one park, i suggest Islands of adventure. OVerall, it is better than universal IMO. It has the following awesome rides: 1. Hulk 2. Spiderman 3. Jurassic park 4. Dueling dragons(i believe fire is better than ice but dont remember til i get there). This ride is most of our personal favorite with spiderman being a close 2nd. 5. ALso, dudley do right is pretty good. No wait either b/c most poeple dont want to get wet in january but we dont mind. All of the above rides are great.

will do. Seems like we normally get the 5 day pass for 105 bucks or so. Go 3 days and than sell the tickets for 50 or so. That has been the case the last 3 years. Hope it continues
