I haven't eaten egg whites since 2002. That might have a relation to my much higher bf%, but I don't really think so. It's actually beer that did it to me. ;) In the end, if you figure your caloric intake properly, you don't need egg whites. Eat the whole egg and just eliminate fat from other meals so that you stay at the amount of calories you need/want to eat.
Bacardi and diet. Ive been cutting the last 16wks with a wk off for my Bday in Aug. But I still party ever wkend and thats what I drink but I stick to my diet and Im pretty lean at the moment. Now if I was serious about doing a show Id cut that out but I dont compete so Im not giving up my wkends :)

Hey Elitet I know what you mean about certain foods, funny thing is Ive had cravings for foods in the past while dieting and when I finally was able to eat some of them I was disapointed and realised I didn't miss certain ones like I thought. Now when it come to cake, frozen yogart, chocolate etc thats a different story ;) I go to TCBY and buy a couple quarts of white chocolate musse frozen yogart then put in a gramcraker crust, fuck I should've have wrote that Ive still got a wk to go  ...............11

I'd drop the rice and replace it with Quinoa if it were me. I'd also add peppers in or maybe some Acai for anti-oxidants.

?? what is that Quasi..........11
Its like rice in consistency, but it tastes better, has a ton of protein naturally and is a much better carb source than rice. Its the staple of my diet while bulking or cutting. It also help keep you looking dry when you're dieting down. Nice full muscles, no bloat at all and way tastier than any rice.

It has a mild 'nutty' flavor to it. Take a look at its macro-nutrient profile if the flavor alone doesn't sell you.

Thats a good lookin diet, Quasi. Im going to pick up some Quinoa.
Thrilled to hear it man. I sincerely hope you like it. After a few days, you'll definitely feel it over rice or other carb sources, and you'll see it in the mirror soon after that.

Quasi,
I had heard before that soy products increase estrogen, I always assumed only if consuming a lot, do you know what the deal is on that?

Soy is an isoflavone, meaning it naturally blocks estrogen. I've never read anything to the contrary reading soy and ISO's, but I'm open to reading a study stating that if you can find one ?

I do know that Soy ISOs and Tamoxifen will fight for the same receptors, and decrease the others potency, but its equal to increasing the Tam dose overall.
