Bought about a pound of it at a local health food store, bins that you just scope it out of. I looked on line for cooking inst. read something about soaking or rinsing before cooking to get a coating off of it?Yes, that is the logical place for it to be in most stores.
been gone all wkend and just finished a cutter so I'll start trying it this week as I add more carbs to my diet. How do you cook yours? Im thinking like rice. cup to cup of water ratio?. thx.............11
