Staying "ON" Year Round?
Hey Doc,
I'm bouncing a few ideas in my head and wanted to ask your expert opinion. I compete in bodybuilding and have been running AAS for about 8 months now. I just competed in my last show for the season until next year. I am paying someone to do my diet as I believe he is very knowledgeable in that area but he brings to me some unique ideas about cycling. He advised me to come off all AAS NOW and stay off for 4wks. He explained to NOT take any sort of PCT (no clomid, nolva, or hcg). He said that I should come off EVERYTHING and allow my body to try and rebound on its on without any other chemicals helping me produce hormones again. He is gung-ho on this method but i can't seem to grasp how it would be better than taking throwing some hcg in the mix. My other thought was to coast for a few months on 250mg of test e and blast away another 16wk cycle of multiple compounds in about 2-3 months.
Keep in mind doc that I am a bodybuilder and somewhat of an extremist, so which method do you think would be most beneficial to me in capitalizing in my gains during this offseason? THoughts?
