Think about what was important to you in life 5 years ago, maybe even 10. Compare it to now. See any differences?
Sometimes those feelings can change over several years. You may not think so atm, but it may. I'd recommend against it just for that reason. Your comment about kids isn't offensive sir, we are adults here.
Now i am going to go at it from the female point of view..
i had my tubes tied at 25. but i did have one child before...but i knew at 25 i didnt want any more. I did divorce and remarry and did have an urge to have a child with him, but it was just that an urge. i knew at 25 that i was, well a bit selfish, and another child would really not be in my lifestyle. I am a bit of a workaholic.
THAT said.
I DID already have a child BEFORE i made the decision. and believe me things DO change as you age. What we think is important at one age is not all that important later in life and vice versa. Heck i bet there are even foods you wouldnt or didnt eat before that you are eating now. and again vice versa.
this is a big decision, not just a physical change, but emotional.
She can also have an IUD...which doesnt have the side effects of the pill. She should talk to her physician about alternatives to the pill there are several.
