hello my friend,Can you explain on why eating so few hours apart - that is something I have a problem with as well - I will go like 4-5 hours without eating while cutting. Yes, I know it's bad - but sometimes I can't help it at work - however, let me know what you would suggest!
Thanks,

let me start by saying that i am sure there are other people on this board that are more qualified to explain it more in depth than i am, but i will explain the reason I eat every two hours...
i am a fairly simple minded person so i like to keep everything as simple as possible, and my nutrition schedule is no different...
i personally think that keeping a positive nitrogen balance is of the up most importance for my body while i am in the cutting phase of my diet... in order for me to accomplish this and not over eat i like to keep my nutrition proportions small but very frequent!!!i feel that it allows my body thermostat to keep the heat on hight, and the fat melting process in full go mode...
i have a very small bone and body structure so i cant afford to loose any muscle during this process, and the only way i can assure that is to keep my body full of food and water...
also, when i say i eat every two hours please remember that i ingest small portions that are weighted and prepared in advance... i have a horrendously slow metabolism, and i have to be careful to not over indulge...
example: 20/30 grams of protien and 10/20 grams of carbs every two hours
obviously there is more to it than the example, but i am only showing an example for a two hour feed session... i try and eat anywhere from 8/10 times a day, and of course i adjust meas for adding my micros...
not sure if any of this makes since, but it seems to work for me...
