OK guys here we go, please be gentle.
Morrning @ 8:00
3 hard boiled egg whites.
1-2 a week whole weat toast with PB&J
22 ounces of skim milk with 1 scoop of protien powder (Bio Isolet)
Multi vitamin, Flax seed oil
Lunch 12:00
Chicken breast or
Can of Tuna w/ Low fat light Hellmans mayo
3:00pm
Bannana or apple
another protien shake
Dinner 5:00pm
What ever the wife makes
spagehetti or hamburgers, hotdogs, chickenbreasts, pizza...... who knows...
sanck 8:00pm
popcorn, or pepperoni stick or bannana
biggest thing is there is a budget on what I eat because of the 3 kids..
Please give it to me, let me know how bad I am, spit on me and call me dirty names.....
