OK guys here we go, please be gentle.

Morrning @ 8:00
3 hard boiled egg whites.
1-2 a week whole weat toast with PB&J
22 ounces of skim milk with 1 scoop of protien powder (Bio Isolet)
Multi vitamin, Flax seed oil

Lunch 12:00
Chicken breast or
Can of Tuna w/ Low fat light Hellmans mayo

3:00pm
Bannana or apple
another protien shake

Dinner 5:00pm
What ever the wife makes :D
spagehetti or hamburgers, hotdogs, chickenbreasts, pizza...... who knows...

sanck 8:00pm
popcorn, or pepperoni stick or bannana

biggest thing is there is a budget on what I eat because of the 3 kids..

Please give it to me, let me know how bad I am, spit on me and call me dirty names.....:eek:

In the same boat. Posted about it too. But let me know...are you trying to slim down or gain? Because, well...here are a few things I caught, and I'm not the best of this either, so it's all good :)

-More protein in the morning
-for fruit idea - awesome! but eat more of it, not just one a day, eat 2 or 3 a day. Maybe one for a snack after dinner instead of pop corn or pepperoni!
-Dinner, no matter what the wife fixes (trust me I have been through this with live-in g/f's) fix what YOU want. Have her fix the kids something easy or whatever but for you and her, have real food (ie, chicken, salmon, steak, seared tuna, sushi, etc) -- this will help alot since you are eating the most fat and worst meal of your diet before bed!

hack-aaa-pattooooeeeey!!! Thats what I think of your diet!!:D

Way too much time goes by during the day without eating..I gotta head out now but I'll post up later tonight.

dinners do consist of alot of meat & potatoes/rice (white) most of the time, but I know its good for me so I posted the worst days.

White rice is NOT good for you! You need to switch to brown rice if rice AT ALL, since you are trying to lean out.


*All it is, is self control. I mean I went with my g/f to a birthday party for her younger brother this weekend, and they had pizza and cake and all that good stuff, right! Well, I didn't have anything BUT one small bite of her cake. I had tuna before we went and was satisified! Just try and do stuff like that, and it makes the waist line mucho happy!!

ok so the 4 beer I had last night was wrong?..... (sarcasm) I have stoped the chips and shit for sure but have a tough time with the beer with friends and families on weekends and camping..... Will get over it or switch to scotch on the rocks I guess.....

Hey bro, white rice is good for you. I eat it right up to my contest...Just had some yesterday at 6 days out. I would recomend eating white earlier in the day and then brown later in the day.

Lol...yeah the beer is hard for a lot fella's...I don't drink hardly at all (maybe on special occassions, but other than that, I don't have an ack for it, and I don't have the money for it, with everything else I buy for myself). As for the chips and shit, good job. I still have chips and salsa all the time with guacamole, however, I have learned to make my own chips at home with no salt and grease and fat, and taste better too!

No shit, I didn't know that. Thanks man...I really never thought it was. I was always told to go brown, so yeah...I just passed that along, since I have been told that and I do that...sorry for that bro!

*On the flip side, he does eat rice at night, he said. So I was half right, haha!!!

My biggest weekness is Chicken Wings and Hot sauce.... fuck I could eat these by the truck load.......

Deep fried Chicken wings with a full cup of Franks Hot Sauce mixed with melted butter. Now thats good shit....

It's good, but why go to the gym if you are going to eat that, hahah!

Naw, that's a good food to eat, lol...but I feel so guilty when I eat it, lol!!!

I know I've never had a problem with it, either. 2 shows and never a spoonful of brown rice. Shit, the rice I was eating was probably the worst you could get(Uncle Ben's instant) and it didn't hurt one bit.

Hey how often do you guys eat when cutting? Is it 6 meals every 3 hours?

if so my first meal is at 8:00am and i'm in bed before 11pm if I want sex....

i like to eat every two hours while cutting, and absolutely never over 2 1/2 hrs...

Can you explain on why eating so few hours apart - that is something I have a problem with as well - I will go like 4-5 hours without eating while cutting. Yes, I know it's bad - but sometimes I can't help it at work - however, let me know what you would suggest!
