It didn't really hurt that bad when the needle first went in but when it came out the otherside that was what hurt the worst...It really wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be...
And what is really really Ironic, the person that I was with at the time I had it done actually stopped seeing me because I had it done. He did not like me with them peirced he liked me the way I was and he could not accept that is who I am, I also think that another reason he dumped me was because I want to get another tattoo and he told me by getting my nippples peirced and wanting to get another tattoo I pushed him away....I told him if he could not accept me for who I am then it is his loss not mine....

You can't live your life for somebody else.. We should never let anyone give us ultimatums regarding our own bodies. WRT to the tattoo.. I don't have a problem with em at all (I have some myself) but I could see where it might be a problem for me depending on where a girlfriend wanted to get it.
For example I wouldn't like my wife to have a tattoo on her neck, hands or face. (Tattoos on a girl's chest are kind of a turn off for me too but it wouldn't be a deal breaker)... But, back upper arms hips and legs wouldn't be a big deal for me at all...With that being said If I really wanted a face tattoo and my "girlfriend" (spouses receive much higher consideration) said no, if I really wanted it I'd do it anyway even if it meant her hitting the bricks.. A spouse is a different story and I could probably live without it if my wife absolutely hated it..

I have only one tattoo so far...it is a butterfly on my left thigh, I have had it for 14 years, I got it after I left my first husband.
I want to get atleast two more, one on my lower back, and one on my hip, that one is going to be a four leaf clover...I am not sure what the one on my lower back is going to be...I have seen a few that I like but not one that actually says get me lol....
What I thought was funny about the whole situation was that he was talking to a woman online who had 14 or 15 tattoos and they were not good ones they were really stupid and he thought it was cool and he even thought it was cool when she got her nipples peirced!!!! So basically when he got pissed at me I just told him to not let the door hit him in the ass on his way out....

I like the tattoo ideas you have.. Good spots for chicks. I'll tell you though about getting them on your back.. You'll never be able to see it. Only your boyfriend and the people at the pool will be able to see it.. I have one in the middle of my upper back between my shoulders and I always forget about it unless I'm at the lake or the pool and someone comments on it...
I guess my advice is this, if it's something you're going to want to look at or see regularly you might want to avoid your back as you can only look at it with two mirrors.. kind of a pain in the ass..
I love mine though.. they all mean something to me.. that's the important part.

Same here, its my favorite one too. You can see part of it on my lower neck when I dont wear a shirt with a collar, which is almost always.
Its fun when women ask to see the rest of it...........11
