It happens bro and its time for you to ice it and rest it. ALSO take some ibuprofin 2-3 times a day for the inflammation. Just rest it this weekend and go easy bro, rather take a few days off then alot longer.yes its definatly the inner forearm and is when i curl inward. I guess i will let it rest a few days but definatly dont want to be out of the gym.
