forearm pain

forearm pain

when I curl or work forearms I get a pain only in my right arm. It's like forarm splints. What do you guys recomend I do for that besides letting it rest?

are your forearms under developed that you need to train them weekly??

i`m really not trying to be negative, but i only see `new guys` training forearms?

give them a rest.:)

Its pretty common actually. Does it feel like a muscle strain when you turn your wrists inward while you curl?? Feels like the muscle is pulling and sore right up around the inner forearm?? If that is the case then take a couple of days off and out of the gym. I know you wont want to but that and stretching it often before you lift is the key.

yes its definatly the inner forearm and is when i curl inward. I guess i will let it rest a few days but definatly dont want to be out of the gym.

It happens bro and its time for you to ice it and rest it. ALSO take some ibuprofin 2-3 times a day for the inflammation. Just rest it this weekend and go easy bro, rather take a few days off then alot longer.

I have gotten that too, corrodo is right, the best way around that is rest and ice...Don't push through the pain, it will only get worse...trust me.
