Thanks man, I feel like this is going to be the best offseason I have ever had. Considering that I have Shelby doing all of my diet I know he will keep my weight under control yet put on the most muscle mass possible. I have a 3 way split set-up doing DC training and thats being handled with SuperD at Intense Muscle who took over the reigns for Dante. So I have a solid team helping me to achieve my goals.

I would say yea, its the best part but for me I think the best part was once I started shitloading the day of the contest and watching all the water suck away and the veins start exploding all over the place...that shit was AWESOME!!!! haha.

I am loving the rebound tho, I can't wait to see what this year brings :D

See em now...IMO you look better now than when you did on stage...Maybe not quite as lean but alot fuller...Good job man !!!...Those hams and back look awesome.

Usually how it works, lol. I was flat as shit on stage , and then the next few days I filled out like crazy...was ridiculous. Next show I really want to peak on stage.

I definitely learned a lot from that show. Like it takes way longer to fill out than I thought it would.

I started to introduce carbs on Thursday and kept protein/fat in all my meals. I started eating rice cakes on Friday on top of everything else. At 4am I had two huge burgers that i brought from the best place in town back home with me and a large fry. Continued to eat protein/fat/carb meals but also ate 1 rice cake with 1tbs of pb every 30 min until I got on stage at pre-judging.

After prejudging another burger and frys. Normal meals the rest of the day til the night show including the rice cakes. I can not believe that it takes that much to fill out! I mean damn! That night I went to a Perkins diner and had a big ass omelet with everything i could put in it and pancakes. Got back to the room and had a cliff bar and a cupcake. I woke up the next morning wayyyyyy more vascular and tight. I mean obviously a little spilled over up top but my legs looked a ton better. God damn I love this shit!
