Rowing machine. Nothing like it for cardio.I'm looking to mix up my cardio...right now I do the stairmaster twice a week and the elliptical 3 times a week.
...Anything else you guys' suggest for mixing some stuff up or something that is a trick on the stairmaster or elliptical?

You fuckers need to get your hands on a prowler... 20 minutes with one of these and you'll be ready to call an EMT.. lol. This is serious cardio for strenght athletes.
