Not mentally huh? That's a nice diet though - but if I was to eat a chicken parm sandwhich, I would think that's cheating. You know what I mean? I would feel that I screwed up my diet? I guess my thoughts on this have been wrong for so long...this is so sad. I gotta figure this shit out. I only had option A or B for so long, I think I have screwed my head up!!
Hey bro, you don't have to be perfect if you're looking to add some muscle...But you do need to be consistant. The cleaner the diet is then of course the leaner you will get. My philosophy (which works for me) is to keep the calories coming in constantly throughout the day... I will never go more than 3 hrs without eating anything...Even if it is a few handful of peanuts to hold me over. Keep your metabolism moving and a few cheat meals here and their won't get you fat, at least that is my experience.
