New Diet starting tommorow

After i gorged at the all inclusive resort, and put on probally 7-10lbs.....
I'm going to go:
225-250 protein
175-200 carbs , and no fat in the diet maybe red meat 1x this week
Cardio 3x a week eliptical 20mins 2 fast ,1 slow

I'm at 199lbs , which isn't bad , but i am feeling thick and bloated.

Ummmm, you need some fats no? I mean nuts, meats, and even avacado's! Unless you are going with what j2dm said.

Are you getting ready for another show?
yes i'm prepping for spring , I'm getting the diet tighter to lose some fat,i really ate alot of food on vacation , plus i'm starting up on therapy soon, i want to see how the drugs react to diet with moderate carbs. No fats, because i believe i am about 13% or so , so i want to get closer to my show physique, blow up on a stack and maybe in a couple weeks i'll spike my system with some natural peanut butter or salmon, to see what reaction that brings.

Your being a hypocondriac!!!!! lol...I don't think you are up at 13% that quickley...I would still keep some fats in there my man...Spring is a long wayyssss away...I myself am getting ready for a show in may and I'm just eating everything in sight for now and sticking around 10% or so. I think you need to take a drive up here and get some burgers and fries with me!:D

What show are you doing?, i'm going into the NPC this year. even though i'm natural lol

ok bro, we need some chickies to share our food with as well ;) .......bro, going into the NPC, doing Allentown or philly for sure.....i'll for sure be a lightheavy, i was 183 show day in aug, plus what gains ive made and will make, should put me in the 190's......damn, let the freak show begin! :)

Update:

lost 10lbs wow! down to 190lbs, i was holding water weight. Now , i will be stacking test enth with Anadrol pyramiding the test every 3 weeks, starting at 500mg.

Protein:250g per day
Carbs: 200-225 per day
Fat: as needed

Well we need TWOBAD and Sweets...I'm sure we could eat a gallon of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream then have a pillow fight :)

week 2 weighed in at 196.6 , put on some weight this week,
i know some its water , but strength was way up. so the diet and everything else is kicking in :)

carbs: 220
protein:245
fat: a couple of scoops of PB , 2x a week , a steak on weds night

How many cals are you up to? I'm hovering around 4-5k a day and not eating super clean, just eating to grow.

What's not super clean to you? I'm just curious? Like you aren't really watching (i.e. cake, ice cream, pizza, etc...) or what? I am trying to figure this out as well...since I wanna start getting a little lean...I wanna know what to kinda do...never really had a contest diet...always either:

A. Ate so much to grow
B Didn't eat at all (hardly) and ran cardio!

i'm in the 3000-3500 range, i'm trying to control my BF, but yet that number of calories was off becuase i cheated sat with chinese food and another piece of pie. I find all the extra cheat calories make me sluggish i can only eat them at night.I pick and choose the spots for them

Well this is a good question bc everyone seems to have a different way of interpreting clean and not so clean diets. When I say that I'm not eating super clean a day may look like this:

2 Bacon Egg and Chz on English Muffins

1 Protein Bar

2 yogurts

Chicken Parm Sandwich

1200 Cal Protein Shake (powder, banana, Natty PB, Oatmeal)

Grilled Chicken, Yam and Broccoli (plain)

800 Cal shake

Those are all my meals for the day..I usually eat a good PWO meal (clean) and a lower cal shake at night. I seem to be maintaining my bf and slowly gaining the lbs which is my goal...Of course I could be eating much better and a clean bulker which would include more steak and potatoes and eggs but I don't feel like I'm mentally ready for that yet..lol

Not mentally huh? That's a nice diet though - but if I was to eat a chicken parm sandwhich, I would think that's cheating. You know what I mean? I would feel that I screwed up my diet? I guess my thoughts on this have been wrong for so long...this is so sad. I gotta figure this shit out. I only had option A or B for so long, I think I have screwed my head up!!
