I have to say z supp is one of the best i have tried 16 days in now and the pumps and strength gains have been awesome...My training and diet have not been great either and i put 4 lbs lean mass on and lost a little bit a fat. Highly recommend for an affordable legal supp, also i dont think its gonna shit me down hard either and no sides so far...big bump
