Workout Schedule

Right now I only have three days available to devote to the gym (Mon. Wed. Fri.) for about two hours a night. I've finished my PCT and have just been maintaining. Anyone have any recommendations or personal experiences with different workout combinations in the past that would fit my schedule?

Did you have any muscle groups that were lagging you wanted to work on?

back and bi's on monday, chest and tri's and forearms on wednesday, and legs and shoulders on friday.
