im hearing a million different opinions. i'd like to know when you folks are using your GH.

Right when I get up before I make my morning meal at around 8-9am. Then again at 7-8pm. I split up the doses due to running 6ius. That much at one time brings on the sides for me so I split it up 3 and 3.

Before breakfast and before my last meal..

just dont do it before bed, it will shut down your own production. I read this on lilly's site. morning is best then maybe mid day.....................11

damn i'm only 2 days in using 2.5iu first thing in the morn, then again mid afternoon.

my hands are already swollen and achey.

5 ius is a little high to start in alot of cases and you will see more sides. If your like me though I didnt care and dealt with the sides. I noticed swollen hands, bloat, joint pain and headaches due to BP increase. They will subside in a few weeks..
