What's Your Method?
Hey all,
I was just wondering what all your guys' method is of training? I have been doing the pyramid reps workout (10-8-6-4) for a while now...and don't get me wrong it helped me get really good and strong, but is there another program maybe you guys' know about that would help me out and get out of this slump!
