I'm old, tired and my neck is still so jacked up that both of my triceps twitch.

Still, I can't help but thinking....I came so close the last time. True, that was like 5 years ago, but I have stayed athletic.

I say as long as you still enjoy it then why not. If you're going to beat yourself up if you don't take first & you're already questioning it maybe it's not worth it to you.

If you want to do it then do it. But do it for yourself. If you are gonna half ass it then dont do it. You have to make that decision
