Open the pic in Paint. Go to 'Image', then 'Stretch/Skew', minimize the % of Horizontal/Vertical (do them both the same or the pic will look fucked up), select 'OK', then go to 'Attributes' to ensure it's where you need it to post them up.

Well bros I hate to give some bad news but last night after a few drinks with wifey we talked about Sat night. We are cool no wierd feeling but she said that it would not happen again.
