Since Jester recommended it, I've been stealing out of my wife's calcium she takes until I buy my own(terrible ain't I?)Ok so I got my taurine powder in yesterday so thought I'd begin using it. As I recall you did mention 2 scoops yes? http://www.muscle-unlimited.com/forum/showpost.php?p=36045&postcount=8 So I take my usual creatine/protein shake - 2 scoops creatine, 2 scoops protein. Wait about 5 minutes then make a water/taurine drink with 2 scoops of taurine.
Roughly 30 minutes later.... It started with gas bad enough to hit the gag reflex on everyone in my house...even the dog. He kept sneezing and rubbing his nose with his paw. My wife was slapping me so hard on the couch she threw out her back and had to go lay down. My stepdaughter went to the store and bought a can of lysol and coated the entire living room in about a quarter inch of lysol wetness.
Then the flood began. THE FECAL FLOODGATES FROM HELL began blowing out my bunghole!!! I have never before or since had such severe diarreha in my LIFE! I pean PURE BROWN LIQUID, no solids at all. It spewed forth with such force it was spraying my entire ass from the blowback in the shitter and it was flushing itself from all the additional liquid being forced through it. So ravaged was I that I got light headed...maybe it was the fumes, I dunno.
With the addition of taurine, I now have the hairiest fucking Wagner Power painter ever known to man with a disposable camera type advertising...just point and shoot.
Could you please clarify exactly the SIZE of your scoops? I used the one that comes with my Optimum Nutrition protein. I refuse to touch the stuff again until I see several people tell me the EXACT dosage they use. O my GOD that was insane....
