How long can you run T3 - I've seen conflicting info.
i've never ran it by itself or at all for that matter but it's in the axio cyx3 that i'm using as my fat burner for my contest prep and i'll count backwards from my show 3 weeks on/3 weeks off ramping it up and back down during the 3 week runs.....i've got 3 runs planned over the next 16 weeks

i use a low dose, 12.5mcg ed, during the whole cycle - that's 6 months. i've been doing this for many years after talking with an endo who also happens to be a competitive masters bodybuilder. it helps increase protein synthesis and keeps fat accumulation at bay. and at such a low dose there is no noticeable shutdown, rebound, etc. it's always worked for me.

Keep us posted on your progress man...Never have gave t3 much of a chance and thinking about it later down the road.

I'm not trying to start anything or go against the grain but I've ran T3 for 4-5 months (25-50mcg) and then went off and have had bloodwork done and all came back fine. I've done this several times actually as I like T3 with slin in the offseason. T3 increases protein synthesis but so much so that without slin it can lead to muscle breakdown...with slin there's a synergy.

I get bloodwork done so often due to my endo problem just in case anyone wants to doubt the bloodwork part haha.

You're right. The Thyroid is, like, the most resilient gland in the body. Unless there was some underlying condition to begin with, you absolutely will not meet someone who "fucked themselves up" with T3. Ain't going to happen.

And I question the legitimacy of even those claims.

That's exactly what the article I read a few years ago said.but it also didn't say use 100mcg for 10 months , it said semi-moderate doses for extended times are fine
