Got home from the hospital today. I had a herniated disk that was pinching a nerve & caused me to lose some use in my left hand. Ready to hit the gym & get back in shape, been about 3 months now & I'm feeling like a slob!

I probably went back at it too soon, too hard. I don't think my tri will ever be the same.
