Problem with relaxed pose.

Ok So When I'm standing relaxed My left shoulder sits lower than my right. Ya think it would be as easy as raising the left shoulder up slightly, but this is much easier said than done. It fucks with my symmetry really bad as my shoulders are not at all even. Could this be something that is just a habit{bad posture} or should I maybe go see a Chiro ? It's driving me fucking nuts:D

I have that problem as well. it's very likely your pelvis is tilted laterally causing asymmetry on what lies above them, spine, scapula, etc. def go to chiro and check to see if you had pinched nerve in the past if so, look into decompression on cervical spine. I been gettiing miine done and I look like Afican queen after each sessiion lol. and stretch your neck/trap regularly.

I did have one on the left side{the side that is lower} in my neck. I pinched it several times doing shrugs before and can actually feel like a small little knot where it feels like scar tissue on that side.

So it can get fixed ? Cause if not I'm not sure I will compete again.

well according to my chiro..., pinched nerve is curable with decompression and can take 2-7 months(or weeks, will ask him again) for fully heal. I'm just starting a therapy so I'll keep you posted how it works..
