I've started to get lumps under both of my nipples in the past two weeks. tuesday i started liquid arimidex at 1mg a day and still have very puffy nipples with pea sized lumps. any ideas of what else to do. throw in the nolva also?

NPCRhino. give it little time and keep me posted, Arimidex is much stronger (MG for MG) 1mg of Arimidex will completely neutralize 96% of the estrogen production (that comes from testosterone aromatization) in 48 hours (that is amazing!) Arimidex should do the trick,,,,

i read a little bit about prov. being used for gyno. so it also a precontest drug or more of a anti e?

NPC, just curious what you are running? A high level of tren or deca? This could change up the advice I may give you.

right now a tren/prop mix. and T. Cyp.

20mg aromasin ed + 40mg nolvadex ed... kills it almost instantly.

I would say get some just in case. I wont do another cycle without having some femara on hand again. It worked for me when nothing else would.

How long have you been running the nolva at 60mg...That should do the trick and far along into your cycle are you?

i was doing 20mg since i poster this. then 5 days ago i went up to that. still have 7wks on cycle

Did you try dropping your doses of AAS down yet? Either that or come off would be my suggestion and keep running the anti-e's.

Damn bro you waited a bit long to handle this properly..

I suggest you take letro @ 2.5 mg ed until its better than taper
your dose down till .25mg.....

I second this...go with the letro. I wouldn't do the nolva with it though...pretty sure it can take some of the effectiveness away.
