Lagging arms...

alright this bulker has given me some decent size thus far. still got a month and a half though. i'm at 228, my goal is 240.

age: 25
height: 5'10"
weight: 228
bf%: 14

i've graduated a whole shirt size since beginning this bulker in january. its mainly in the shoulders and chest though. my chest and shoulder are frikken big. but my arms are stuck around 17.5.

i want my goddamn arms to grow though. here's my current arm routine...

bis:
cable curls - 3 sets 10 (but drop double what i dont finish on last set.)
hammers - 3 sets 10
preachers - 3 sets 10
reverse grip curls - 3 sets 10

tris:
cable pushdowns - 3 sets 10
incline skull crushers - 3 sets 10
weighted dips - 3 sets 10
kickbacks - 3 sets 10

am i hitting everywhere i need to with this? i need some help! Wylie you can tear this apart for me.

on a side note... as ashamed as i am to admit i neglected to train legs for damn near 3 years. its been 4 weeks since i began training them and i'm squatting over 300 for reps and legpressing over 1000 for reps. thats four frikken weeks after not training legs for 3 frikken years. wtf?

This could help me as well....as mine are still right inder 18.....they are stubborn as fuck.....I also have very short tricep insertions.....So that is the main culprit.

I have 18's at 5'9 193lbs 6%

Try doing alt db curls start with 25lbs and 10 on ea side....Then 8 on each side...etc..etc...until you get down to 1...That would be one set...I get a huge pump doing those...I use the same method with hammer db. I train my bi's light and high reps and they seem to respond better.

I would say that is a different approach for growth J2D and it also shows that we are all wired differently and need different training methods at times

After reading your routine for training your arms, Im not surprised your lacking growth! No insult intended! I will post up a solid program to jack those fuckers up!

Its very important that you concentrate one core lifts/ w/out them you will never achieve your true potential!

Triple 8s - Set up a barbell with 10s, a curl bar with 10s (or use 25 lbs dbs), and a curl bar with 25s. Do sets of 8 at each station. One rotation = one set. Do four.

Tris

Decline skull crushers. HEAVY behind the head presses with DBs.

I do heavy cheat curls, weighted pullups palms facing my face, preacher bench single arm curls switch between cable / d-bells.

Hammers

weighted dips skull crushers cheat close grip bench.

my cousin is army sf big fucking arms I saw him doing heavy cheat curls I said your form sucks bro he said " I cant carry somebody a mile then throw them in a chopper doing pussy curls" made sense to me!

I also hang a tricep rope from the pull up bar I do pullups using just my forearms,,,
