Is T3 effective if clen is not included?

Is T3 effective if clen is not included?

I would like to see a drop in bodyfat but from what I understand, clen will decrease my appetite. So I was thinking of using T3 by itself if it is effective that way. Anyone know???

My concern using it by itself was how much of my muscle was disappearing. I've always done better when I've run it with HGH or while on a cycle of Test Prop...

Just increase your protein as it helps assimilate protein much more efficiently...If your diet is spot on then you really shouldn't lose much if any muscle. That is my understanding as I'm 2 days in on my T3 and not running clen...I can't use clen, I cramp up like a mofo no matter what the dose and other supps I run with it.

The appetite effects of clen vary from person to person. Clen made me hungry all the time, and I felt like my metabolism was increased dramatically. But like J2DM, clen made cramp so bad. Taurine and potassium along with ample water seemed to help alot but the cramps at some point or another were inevitable. Therefore, I used to use clen only a staple in my PCT.

Yes it is effective, and the above post about increasing protein intake is spot on, I believe that it is also good to be running some AAS as they will prove to be anti-catabolic while on T3.

I cannot tolerate any amount of clen while I'm on T3. I'm running T3 for the first time right now, and have tried 2 different brands of clen on 4 different occasions, and I get the same results: headaches, shakes, racing heart, anxiety, tiredness, and naseau. I have tried dosages from 40mcgs to 10mcgs and nothing is right. Meanwhile, with just the T3 and a great diet and some tren and test, I have lost 8lbs of solid fat with only some strength loss in squats and dl's. Everything else is up. I'm getting ripped and I still have a week and a half of T3 at 100mcg's. I will taper down and then try clen again, but I don't think I'll order anymore in the future. T3 is soooo much better and easier.

Clen used to make me insanely hungry. Like juiced above i dont bother because I cant deal with the cramping. Odds are if you take just t3 solo youre going to lose some muscle. All you can do is keep your diet spot on and try real hard not to overtrain and you can minimize it.
