I want to look harder

Ok guys.. what can I do to get that really hard look? I'm in decent shape, but I want that rock hard look.

Suggestions on diet, suppliments, etc that will get me where I want to be?

here is the simplest way to get hard... or close to it.... without adding AAS or T3

cut your salt... cut your creatine
cut your carbs to a 1:1 ratio to your protein... except for your PWO shake and meal.
Don't eat carbs before you go to bed.
30 minutes of cardio EOD on an empty stomach... work your way up to 45 minutes.


If you want to add an AAS to the mix.......... Tren and Masteron

Theres an article on Sherry Smith I remember reading in the Parillo press. I remembered one fact that she started eating lean meats, and cut out the egg white. It also list her routines.

I would also look at adding BCAAs 2-3 times a day.

Look for some women on some boards that know what they are talking about too

lol...Drop your carbs to around 80 for 2 days and then bump it to 160 the next day and continue that cycle and keeping your protein around 150g and fats around 45 on your low carb days and 30 on your high carb days. This is just a thought that may work...I"m assuming that you are somewhere in the range of 135lbs...Post up what your current stats are...I'm no expert at this so you may want to see what others have to say.

JTDM...your lucky I like you... 135lbs? :rolleyes: I'm 5'9" 122 lbs. I have no idea % of body fat and you know how old I am.

Don't get me wrong here, I am very happy with my body esp for my age. (however that might be more of a factor than I think) I want to get to that next level. Yeah I'm thin and toned, but now I want that ripped hard look - like some of you guys have.

Gaining a little weight would probably help in achieving those goals.

You'd look really good with about 178 1/2 lbs on you.................or under you...lol ;)

i think you are smokin' just like you are! you already look hard, especially for a woman...its very hard for women to get a body like you have already...:)

you can add in some Oxandraplex (Anavar) & some Mastaplex & that would give you the look you are looking for but i am sure you already know that your diet is the key to the look you are looking for...

i would never say settle for less of anything, but damn girl you already have a rock hard body...looking good!! if i were to give any suggestions it would be keep on doing whatever you've been doing...cuz it's workin!!!;)

I live in a big house all alone, with 2 refrigerators, and a gym open 24 hours...

Hey I know exactly what you mean, it doesn't matter what shape "we" are all in..."We" always want to be bigger, stronger, harder, leaner...etc....You will harden up with a VERY clean diet and play with your carbs. Come fly out to me and I'll get to where you want to be in and outsoude the gym!;)

clean carbs, will help, alcohol will not
