Sam Byrd who is the middle picture in my banner at WCBB broke the world's record for 198lb squat.. and watching this.. It looks like you could have added 50lbs to the bar and he still would have done it

I was expecting to see two things. 1) An Inzer canvas suit and 2) a high squat. I am pleasantly surprised I saw neither. That was an awesome lift. He made it look extremely easy. Wow.

Did you notice the banner in the background? Westside Barbell produces arguably the best lifters on the planet with Big Iron running a close second.

To me bro it looked like he could have added 100lbs he moved that like it was air. Thats fukin nuts man that dude is strong.

I was there. I was amazed at how easy he took it out of the rack. A very good squat indeed.
