Renting a truck, getting some buddies together & getting my gym back next weekend!! I'm also getting what ever is left of my personal belongings. I'm entitled to 1/2 of appliances & all house hold items too. Gonna take & sell all the house hold stuff to re coupe what she got rid of that was my personal stuff. Had a face to face with her last night explaining if she got my stuff back I would not take hardy any house hold items but she decided to argue about taking it & lie through her teeth so it's a done deal. Even let her know she may as well plan on paying her lawyer down the road when I take her back for being in contempt for taking it all. The cop that was there when I found all the missing items said he would testify & is convinced she got rid of it after she got a copy of the divorce decree, she testified under oath to changing the locks way before then so her mouth has over loaded her ass yet again. I just have to figure replacement value & compare to lawyers fees, nothing is a sure thing. I had to explain to an 8 year old how dad is going to take 1/2 the stuff from the house she lives in with her mother which is something I really wanted to avoid.

Just not real comfortable about my daughter seeing me take 1/2 the shit out of the house. :-( I tried to explain it to her but who knows if she really gets if.? I wanted to avoid it but I can't just leave everything & just walk away.

Getting in the shower to head that way now. Juaneye I sure hope you are right. I didn't sleep all night worrying if I was doing the right thing. I don't want the stuff so I'm struggling it it's worth it to leave that impression on my daughter. If the ex bitch wasnt so damned greedy & would've lefty stuff alone I'm sure I wouldn't be taking it. Tough call for me.

Well that didn't work out worth a shit. White trash family had it all planned out to trash me in front of my daughter. Look ...... At your daddy taking all your stuff. He is taking the washer & dryer so now you won't have clean clothes. I pretty much left everything. :-( I couldn't take seeing my daughter upset. Damned Hoosiers! Man that sucked ass!

You did the right thing by leaving it.

A few bucks in material goods is cheap compared the your daughter.

Just work on building a great relationship with her. Never trash her mom in front of her.

Thanks gentlemen! MK I have to say it was hard to just walk especially considering all that bitch & her family has done but I couldn't see my girl disappointed with me. I'm ok with them talking shit on me but don't just try to destroy my daughters view of her dad. So many emotions when I think about this. I really wanted to let loose but didn't in front of her.
