GH advise

Hey guys,

I am considering using GH but as I research have become confused. Too many opinions on dosage, sides, effects, etc...

MY GOAL-
Go from 190 to 195-200, lean, hard looking.
Keep sides to a minimum, don't compete so dont see the need to push the limits.

Here is what I am confused about:

long term use is harmful, can't find a defenition of long term
To low, to high of a starting dose, opinions vary too greatly

What does to achieve a 5 to 10 pound lean dry look without inciting joint or bone structure damage or toying with sex drive?

Any feedback from subject matter experts/long term users would be greatly appreciated.

It's alot of the same guys over here that answered your question over at OLM. I doubt you will get a different answer.
