why is it a good lawsuit? fuck man, if i own a store i should be able to search whoever the fuck i want. Myself, i would search every single teenager regardless of skin color. Isnt that discrimination as well?

some of us americans are always looking for the easy way out, regardless of color...

if they were really truley interested in equality for all, i would think a boycott would make a better statement than suing for 400 million... :rolleyes:

there are some bodegas and stores in my 'hood that i get treated pretty shitty because of my skin color.

i should sue them for $200 mill.

It's it true, they've got a suit. If not, then they're fishing. Some people don't mind to go fishing for money. Personally, I won't do it.
