What's the best type of diet with HGH? I'm partial to carb cycle to lean up, but AI'm not sure if that's the best approach with hgh.

Thoughts?

Ohh shoot ! Dabbling with GH are we ? Oh sorry I have no info for you on the topic. :) but since you don't talk to me anymore I guess ill leave now :(

VC, diet is diet, HGH either works as a fat burning agent at 1-6ius, at 6-10, it supposed to help in creating mass.

Cool. That's what I really wanted to be sure of.
There is actually A BIG difference with what you want diet wise while on GH. I can post references if you want as well.

1) the presence of insulin while dieting will deter fat loss. insuliln is a storage hormone of sorts and we do not want a spike in insulin while trying to transport fatty acids for fuel.

2) to optimize the fat burning effects of GH we will want our body to have a stable blood glucose level (ie no insulin spikes). depending on dose size we can determine how long the GH will be active (noting that IGF levels will stay elevated regardless). So 2iu will be active for around 5 hours, 4 iu around 8 or so. knowing that we can base our diet around the time GH is active for optimal fat loss. also its good to note we want at least a 3-4 hour "clearance time off to allow fresh receptors so to speak" so if your splitting up your doses then 2iu we would want to wait around 7-8 hours to dose again, 4iu around 11-12 hours.

3) so optimal way to burn fat while on GH would be the following:

take your am dose (say 5am). GH will be active within 30-45 minutes. Drink a cup of coffee or two while waiting to futher enhance the ability to burn fat while performing your cardio (preferably around 30-45 minutes pre cardio as well).

so then you would want to perform moderate intensity cardio blah blah you know that part to utilize fat stores more. at this point we would want to wait if at all possible another hour or so before we eat. this would be to allow ketones to continue to be burned as fuel and thus further our fat loss.

now comes the diet part. we are still in the active window here (say 7:30am after we finish up our cardio and get home so thats 2.5 hours of our 5 hour active window). so we want to keep from spiking our insulin to keep fat burning maximized. here we would want to place a protein/fat meal and NOT a carb meal.

we would then assume that we eat every 3 hours. so the next meal would fall around 10:00-10:30 am. we are coming close to our GH active time being over so we could then consume a carb meal. hell even two (another at 1:30pm). now if we want to again put ourselves in an optimal fat burning stage with our second GH shot then we want to take it around 2 hours after our carb meal (and after our clearance time off) and then keep our next couple of meals protein/fat.

so basically what I am trying to say is diet does make a huge difference when OPTIMIZING our GH. I mean the shits expensive so why not do it right when your dieting?

Good diet , steady doses of Gh creates optimal fatloss, they work together in a synergistic effect.
