Carbing Up

Just curious to hear other peoples types of foods while carbing up for a show.

My last comp I kept cycling carbs every 2 hours and the cycle looked like this:
3 Rice Cakes
3 Rice Cakes with Jam
1 Yam

And I just continued in that order every 2 hours. I'm looking for some new ideas for my next show.

J2D carbing up time will depend on how much and how long you deplete for.
My carbing day would dry cake, chocolate, some ice-cream yams and pizza lol, at least it helps to transport nutrients to the muscle what the hack,,,

I tend to over spill carbing up like that these days..

But overall very similiar just not as often for me..

I've been carb depleting since 3wks out and taking in 50-60g of carbs ed. Damn bro, thats alot of crap almost sounds like it would do more harm than good...However, those foods peak my interest as I can't wait to eat all of them... What is the method to your madness bc damnit, I wanna eat that crap to carb up if I can. haha

J2D I feel you lol I try to keep my carbs 90-100mg Ed but the again the benefit my body has is I don’t retain very much water, Ex even though if I am taking Dbol no water retention amazing hehehe

As thought have you tried class a wine or bottle Heineken on the day of the show, I am serious this is no BS.

Wylie was telling me about that too...I may try it.

I'm like you in a sense but hell I blow up on dbol but I'm retaining very little water right now. What does your last 3 days of carbing up look like bro? Is it strict or do you just wing it and eat whatever. That junk food has got me intrigued here.

1 class Red wine or 1 bottle Heineken 45-60 minutes you start seeing some vascularity. On the other J2d I try to keep it clean sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal etc. I like to include vegetables with my carbs day don't know why, if I feel flat on the next day then its time to increase my carbs intake I feel my muscle inflated and look full.

J2d I hate to take you to this route have you tried Lasix before,,,

Yes I used lasix last time around and plan to this time. So you drink a beer about an hour before getting on stage?

I sure do, just be careful some people might bitch about it just play it safe.
If you need lasix let me know I will ship you a box my left over,,,,, 40mg per tab. ;)

a candy bar 15 mins before stage helps blow you up as well, if you have the wine i would worry about it, also the night before i trickled in a couple bites of protein during my carb load, dry dry chicken with a small potatoe.

I will work my way up to 3 gallons this Saturday and drop 2.5/2/1.5/1/.5/32oz/8oz

I plan to start carb loading either Wed night or Thurs morning...Not sure yet.
