I was wondering some of everyone's thoughts on a belt for squats, i tend to use one going heavy, im thinking of not using the belt, its kinda awkard,how bout everyone else?
I've always worn a belt once i get to my heavy lifts... mostly for squats, deads, bent over rows. a lot of people say wearing a belt causes you to to lose strength in your core but there was a study done in i think Flex or men's health and it came out that wearing a belt didn't cause the abs to become weakened
