Any good night supps

Any good non stimulant thermogenics I could take at night before bed ??? Maybe just something to burn off lust a little more bodyfat while I sleep.

Anyone ???

About the only thing that comes to my mind is some kind of hot sauce or cayenne pepper of some sort. I don't know if it is technically a thermogenic, but damn it makes ya feel hot.

Maybe try a super spicy meal before bed, or just eat a few jalepenos straight maybe? Course this route would depend on the constitution of yer leather donut tho, some catch fire easily, others seem to have no problem with it.

Is it possible to use your own capper to just encapsulate cayenne pepper and swallow it for the heat effect without the discomfort on the tongue? Body would react the same, but mouth wouldn't be on fire that way.

I tried to look online for a few minutes but a friend of mine said he takes something called R.E.M. which he claims helps with sleep and burns fat while sleeping..?? Probably a gimmick but thought I would throw that out there.

i used to use this way back and liked it. I think the formula has changed though.So I am not totally sure.

? Cut your carbs down all day, and burn fat at night, works better than any drug

I just started taking GABA...it relaxed me, and supposedly is supposed to help with GH release.It's pretty cheep too.

i will be starting Forslean and greentea exstract next week or two i gess the forslean breks fat up but you need the greentea to burn it. i just stated reserching this
