8% trying to go to <5%
A few quick questions guys. I'm 270 and 8% - I really want to make a run to get to <5%.
Q1) Is super lean hamburger meat ok to eat? - I mean it doesnt have much more fat than chicken does - but you always hear -if you wnaa cut , then fish and chicken is the only way to go.
Q2) Should I still take in carbs for my post workout shake? - Before I would consume 96 g. os carbs (mostly maltodextrin) and 55 grams of protein Post workout - Now I'm doing about 45 g of carbs and 60 grams of protein.
Q3) I know you should stay away from dairy when trying to get really lean - but I have found this new milk, its called Mootopia (HEB carries it) and this stuff is bad ass!!!
8 0z of regular skim milk is 12g, carbs (all sugars) and 6 or 8 g. of protein
8 oz of Mootopia skim is only 4 g. of carbs (all sugars) and 14 g of protein
I'm in love with stuff and use it 3 or 4 times a day with my shakes - and then just mootopia by itself in the middle of the night.
So can I drink mootopia?
Also on the dairy note - Is fat free sliced cheese ok?
Q4) speaking of late night drinks - Should i be consuming a late night shake? - usually I take in 30 -40 grams protein (mostly micellar casien) and 8-10 oz of Mootopia (see above). I had a dietician (sp?) tell me if I want to get leaner I should go to bed somewhat hungry??
