Okay here goes.
As you all know I rebounded a bit after my first show. Went from 161 to 172 in a few days. Currently 175. Diet is as follows:
5:30 AM
Light cardio (30 min to 1 hr) on empty stomach
7:00 AM
1 cup rolled oats w/ 1/2 cup FF milk
2 whole eggs w/ 1/4 cup whites scrambled + 1/4 cup 2% cheese made into omlette
9:30 AM
Met-Rx Protein bar
1 serving fruit
12:00 PM
8 oz. Lean meat (beef, fish or chicken)
1 cup broccoli
1 serving sweet potato or brown rice
1 Hershey's minature dark chocolate (I'll stick pins in a life-like replica of a doll of the person that says I'm not allowed to have this )
3:00 PM
Double scoop protein powder (40gm total)
1 serving fruit or lite yogurt (been opting for the yogurt lately as it helps control the gas a bit )
6:00 PM
Lift - Heavy 5X5 sort of thing. (Tues, Thurs and Sat - more on this later if you want it)
On lifting days after I lift, I'll have another double scoop shake. Possibly another cup of rolled oats before I lift depending on how I feel)
7:30 PM
Repeat of lunch (Lunch is usually dinner from the night before. My wife makes enough - it's just easier that way )
If I get hard up for food before bed I'll have a few hard boiled egg whites.
I drink clear diet soda (like diet 7up), diet green tea (been killing this lately) and water at will!

Normally I just cruise on a little amount (and I do mean little) of TE all the time. Maybe I shouldn't, but I feel better and didn't start to grow facial hair until I did. We can have that argument later.
Because I ended all test (prop) intake nine days before the last show and by the time I got home - yada, yada, yada - few more days go by and I realized that I had best get something in me and fast. So...
Currently
100 mg Test Suspention ED (20 days worth - have ~ 5 days left)
100 mg Test Prop/100 mg Tren ED (it's a combo)
Doing a little HCG because the boys went MIA and the wifey was starting to notice
Plan on adding 50 mg winny ED starting Monday and running till show time. I was thinking that I would cut the TP/Tren combo 5 or 6 days out instead of 9this time.
Aromasin 25 mg ED starting about 10 days out from show.
I should point out that while similar, this was not the same diet I ran to go from 185 to 161, 34 inch waist to 28.5 inch waist in 10 weeks.
My goal is (since I got beat by less cut - but bigger - people, I wanted to pick up some weight. Remember, I only have four weeks left and I'm holding a bit more fat and obviously a TON more water. I am bigger and less cut
Let me know what other info you might need...or if you don't think what I want to accomplish can really be done in four weeks. Just let me know.

Yeah I can see that from the pic! Great job drying out...You've got to make sure to carb deplete and carb up this time around.Water loading and danndy root. The drying out I can do.

Again, i am only suggesting , No dairy, and drop that protein bar and get some tuna, chicken etc in...protein bars are nothing but junkOkay here goes.

I would use natural fat' ie lean beef , natural PB , salmon. Your fat should not come from any dairy as it has saturated fatsAll suggestions are welcome and are considered. I use allthewhey.
