Hey all
New here and olm since yesterday now can't get into olm.. Is it down? Hope everyones well. Here for any tips and knowledge on anything that can be passed down. Also new to this forum thing so bare with me while I try to find my way around

I stopped bb in the early 90's and stepped up to bb...have to admit I didnt have the dedication and discipline for the diet...

welcome, and there are a lot of guys here that can help you with diet and such....i am not one of those by the way. i am always on the see food diet, that is i see food and i eat it!
