Yesterdays shoulder workout

started out with side laterals, 20x10, 25x10, 30x8, 35x8,40x6 then I do what I call side lat. 1/4's(you only go about 1/4 way up) 45x10, 50x10 then sitting barbell military press 135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 275x8, 295x4. My shoulders were smoked when I was done. What do you guys think, what are some routines you guys use.

Barbell Upright rows first 2 warmup sets, 3 worksets
Smith machine military press 1 warmup set, 4 worksets
Backwards pec dec thing for rear delts, 3 sets
Dumbell side lateral raises, 3 sets
Cable lateral raises letting arm go behind my back or in front - alternate these one arm at a time continously racing the pump until I can't stand it anymore.

When i had big shoulders before i blew out my left shoulder and had my ac joint and part of my collar bone removed. I would do this for a work out.
Behind seated MP 135/20 reps 185/14 235/5
then i hit front seated
225/12 275/9 315/3-5
then i hit up right rows with cable
50lbs as many as i can 100lbs same then the whole stack as many as i can.
side lateral front side back all chained.
10lbs as many as i can 15lbs same 25lbs same. I was never strong at side laterals, as 30 would be about as heavy as i would ever go and i only went there a few times.
Now i just do bradfords and lite at best.
1 plate 10 reps
25lbs plate 20 reps
35lbs as many as i can, I chain side laterals with them and bent over side laterals (also called back laterals).
I stager it like that as i do them right after my chest work out.

yeah

dont forget the ac joint is also gone... they told me i would not lose strength in my shoulders....

How has that gone? Weak or about normal? Oh and hit me up with some explanations of those - this body part never grows on me :(
