Do not get the 12" wrap. Your wrists will not be able to tell you're even holding the weight...if that makes sense. I won't bench over 315 without them.

hey guys,
both my wrist give me a fit from time to time, and i keep them wrapped at all times while working out...

i even keep them wrapped while working the wheels, because when the pain flairs up i cant hardly pick up a plate without them...
