What to do?

Ok after a long recovery of torn ligiments and tendons in my thumb during an Army combatives Tournament. Well after little running and heaving lifting I went from 182 lbs to 218lbs since November. Well im holding a little more body fat that normal. So I'm thinking of using a combo of primo,var, or masteron. But I need help picking, maybe just one or the other. My diet is good 1900 calorie diet, cardio starting this monday will be 4 days a week.

Mon: 2 mile run
Tues: Chest Tris Abs (High reps low weight)
Wed: 30/60's or 60/120's (Sprint/Walk times)
Thur: 6 mile footmarch in 1.5 hrs w/ full combat load 100+lbs, and Push ups
Fri: Agility Drill
Sat: Legs Arms Abs Push Ups and pull Ups
Sun: Football with the Brothas

Please Help

well its only if my Commander thanks anything thats why i need something w/ a short life and creatine wont help me cut weight

Thats way to low to start. Your daily needs are about 3500cals and thats not counting training and cardio. start there at 6meals per day 40/40/20
Then every 2wks drop your carbs by 200cals. for 12-15wks
You start to low and your body will hold on to the one thing it needs to survive (FAT)
Do it right and you'll burn BF and not hard earned muscle...................11

I saw that too and agree completely with you...Cals are way too low.
